Polar Bees

There's a new store on Amazon Marketplace called Polar Bees, selling many rare second-hand good condition art, design and music books, CDs and DVDs, including At Your Own Risk signed by Derek Jarman, Dee Dee [Ramone] King's Standing in the Spotlight and a first edition hardback copy of Herbert Spencer's seminal Pioneers of Modern Typography (1969), with more titles being added almost daily.

A licence for total bliss

I discover way too late that this essential book is only £49.82 (+£2.80 delivery) for a "very good" condition second-hand copy on Amazon Marketplace (also "money refunded if not happy", which is basically a guaranteed lifetime of sheer unrelenting ecstasy).

Although from a purely fiscal sort of narrative, and in light of this prolonged lack of an economic miracle that we're all going through, perhaps it would still make a certain kind of sense to procure a new first edition copy for £12.50 from any of these places:
